Hello from Zia Recovery Center!
For those wondering exactly what, how, and why we do what we do at our Las Cruces recovery center, here is a brief description:
We are a CARF-accredited treatment program in Las Cruces, New Mexico, that serves individuals struggling with substance-abuse disorder (SUD) across the Southwest.
The design of our long-term, step-down program allows the proper amount of resources and time for the recovery process to take place. Master’s level licensed clinicians provide treatment, and we house our clients together throughout the entire program. This structure encourages community, fellowship, and accountability, which are essential pillars of the recovery process.
We do what we do because we understand that individuals seeking recovery from addiction aren’t bad people. They are sick people struggling to find purpose and fulfillment, and we aim to help them to achieve these goals.
In 2017, the concept of establishing this type of treatment and recovery organization in Las Cruces arose after recognizing a significant lack of programs in the community. At the time, only two facilities were providing other modalities for addiction treatment. We recognized and understood the need for a long-term program centered around growing with peers through the ups and downs of the recovery process. Structured and safe living environments coupled with evidence-based treatment were nowhere to be found. This reality is why we decided to make this facility happen.
Today, I am pleasantly overwhelmed by the outcome and impact the ZRC team has provided. Seeing families heal, watching clients overcome the impossible, observing them sharing the solution, noticing the ripple effect spread throughout our community – this is the good stuff.
We are here now. We are ready to help you and/or your loved ones. Our staff is dedicated and passionate about the healing process, and we are very grateful to serve this community.
